Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is priority one for us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to address your concerns and ideally turn your frown upside down! Should you wish to return an item or make an exchange, we will accommodate you based on our Returns & Exchanges policy.

All products from Athlete Inspired are designed in-house and manufactured to our exact specifications and standards. All merchandise is inspected prior to packing and shipping. If however a defect in manufacturing is discovered within 15 days of receipt, we will most certainly rectify the situation. Simply contact us so that we can help!

Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at jen@athleteinspired.com and we will provide you with instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Once an RMA number is issued, your returned shipment is expected back to us within 10 business days.

Please note: Merchandise must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as when received. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of your order.

All returns will be refunded the full payment of product.

There is no additional charge for even-exchanges. Should the item being exchanged be more or less than the original item’s price, an adjustment will be made accordingly. Customer is required to pay for return shipping back to Athlete Inspired. We cover shipping via First Class Mail for your exchanged item.
